Weekly News From the President: Update on the Executive Director of NATOA
Update on the Executive Director of NATOA
Thank you, Steve Traylor!
I am just back from vacation and catching up with correspondence, and I want to pass on the news I received late last month that our ally and colleague Steve Traylor, the Executive Director of NATOA (National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors), is stepping down at the end of this year.
NATOA is a key ally of ACM in our advocacy and education work with local government and federal agencies. Steve has been a gracious and supportive partner the last couple of years I have worked with him. Under his leadership, NATOA has come back financially and has partnered with ACM on projects like the FCC’s PEG Closed Captioning Workshop.
I want to thank Steve for his generosity and leadership. He will be missed!
