The Alliance for Community Media will award scholarships to our National Conference in Boston, MA August 18-20. Awards will include full conference registration and travel assistance of up to $500. They will be awarded to applicants who may not otherwise be able to attend the National Conference, but have a demonstrated interest in leadership and building better practices in community media. Deadline for Applications is June 6, 2016.
We want to send ten people to the ACM National Conference in Boston MA this August . Scholarship winners will be from small towns and small organizations across America that can’t afford travel and education – and they’ll be young and emerging leaders who want to shape community media operations in years to come. Your gift will go directly to pay travel costs for scholarship fund recipients.They’ll be grateful for the opportunity to learn and network with other people in community media!
