Registration Rates

Full Conference (Access to all sessions and exhibit hall on all conference days, and includes one Hometown Media Awards Celebration ticket. Does not include In-Depth Workshops)
Member: $375 (early bird) / $425 (after June 15)
Non-Member: $500 (early bird) / $550 (after June 15)
Speakers: $250
Students: $125 (with meals, does not include Hometown Media Awards Celebration Ticket) / $50 (with no meals or any special events. Only education session and exhibit hall)

In-Depth Workshops (Workshops offered on Wednesday, July 11 are not included in the full conference registration and require an extra fee)
Full Day Member: $80 (early bird) / $120 (after June 15)
Half Day Session Member: $40 (early bird) / $80 (after June 15)
Full Day Non-Member: $100 (early bird) / $140 (after June 15)
Half Day Session Non-Member: $50 (early bird) / $70 (after June 15)

Single Day (Access to single day of conference and exhibit hall on one day only. Excludes In-Depth Workshops and Hometown Media Awards Celebration)

Cancellation Policy:
Refund requests received by June 1, 2018 will be honored and will incur a $50 processing fee. Refunds between June 2 and June 22, 2018 will incur a $150 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for requests made after June 23, 2018. Refund payments may take up to six weeks from the date of your refund request.
